Community Guidelines

Our guidelines exist to protect every player and ensure RainbowGoldSpin remains a positive, enjoyable environment for all.

The Golden Rule: Treat every other player the way you'd like to be treated — with respect, kindness, and understanding. If you're unsure whether something is appropriate, ask yourself: "Would I be comfortable if RainbowGoldSpin staff saw this?" If not, don't do it.

1. Respect and Civility

RainbowGoldSpin is a community built on mutual respect. All players — regardless of skill level, background, nationality, gender, age, religion, or identity — deserve to be treated with dignity.

  • Use courteous, inclusive language in all community interactions
  • Disagreements are natural — debate ideas, not people
  • Sarcasm and humor are welcome; cruelty is not
  • No personal attacks, insults, or targeted harassment

2. Zero Tolerance for Hate

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for hateful content of any kind.

  • No racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory language
  • No content that dehumanizes individuals or groups
  • No threats, whether explicit or implied
  • No glorification of violence or illegal activity

Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent removal from the community.

3. Privacy and Personal Information

Protecting personal information — your own and others' — is a core responsibility of every community member.

  • Never share your own real name, address, phone number, or financial information
  • Never attempt to solicit or expose personal details of other players
  • Never share screenshots of private conversations without explicit consent
  • Never attempt to identify anonymous players against their will

4. Spam and Self-Promotion

Keep conversations relevant and organic.

  • No repetitive or automated posting
  • No advertising third-party services, products, or websites
  • No referral schemes or affiliate link promotion
  • Sharing tips and strategies is welcome — outright commercial promotion is not

5. Game Integrity

Fair play is central to the RainbowGoldSpin experience.

  • No use of automated bots, scripts, or macros to play games
  • No attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate game code
  • No attempting to interfere with the experience of other players
  • No sharing methods to artificially inflate virtual coin balances

6. Responsible Gaming Awareness

We take responsible gaming seriously. Community members should support — not undermine — this value.

  • Do not encourage others to play excessively
  • Do not mock or belittle players who express concerns about their gaming habits
  • If someone expresses distress, point them toward our Responsible Gaming resources
  • Never suggest or imply that virtual coins have real value

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it via our contact form. Include as much detail as possible. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

We appreciate every report — it helps us maintain the high standards our community deserves.

8. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in the following actions, depending on severity and frequency:

  • A warning and request to modify behavior
  • Temporary suspension from community features
  • Permanent removal from all community spaces
  • In cases of legal violations, referral to appropriate authorities
